About the role
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you are the go-to expert for all tax-related matters within our international organization. You’ll work closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to ensure compliance, manage risks, and seize opportunities across our global tax footprint.
The Tax Manager will be responsible to
- Manage, coordinate, and optimize Prodrive’s domestic and international tax position
- Prepare and review (inter)national VAT, corporate income tax, and other tax filings
- Maintain and update transfer pricing documentation and oversee intercompany pricing compliance
- Advise on the tax implications of investments, restructurings, R&D projects
- Communicate with (Dutch) tax authorities and support tax audits
- Optimize the use of tax incentives, such as the Innovation Box regime and R&D tax credits (e.g., WBSO)
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and translate them into internal guidelines and strategies
- Support tax-related process automation and integration in ERP systems
- Responsible for tax accounting for monthly reporting
Profile
- Master’s degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international corporate environment or big 4 tax advisory firm
- Solid understanding of Dutch and international tax laws (corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing)
- Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Proven ability to manage cross-border tax matters and communicate effectively across jurisdictions
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with complex challenges
- Experience with ERP systems and an interest in technology-driven companies is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
