Manager – Tax reporting Pillar II

What the day will look like
- Co-lead the implementation and ongoing compliance of OECD/GloBE Pillar II rules across our global structure.
- Review, coordinate, and supervise local and global compliance, including integration into Orbitax for local legislation and data requirements.
- Stay up to date with global developments and translate them into clear actions and mentorship for the group.
- Manage the Pillar II compliance team in Poland.
- Liaise with tax managers across regions and regional finance departments on legislation and filing obligations.
- Perform quarterly Pillar II calculations for SEC reporting in close coordination with the tax accounting team.
- Coordinate with advisors to ensure compliance with local legislation.
- Identify risks and opportunities for the broader team regarding Pillar II.
- Contribute to internal governance, documentation, and support audit requests (including SOX where applicable).

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in tax law, economics, or accounting.
- Demonstrated ability with complex corporate income tax returns and/or tax accounting within a Big 4 or multinational company.
- Experience with US GAAP/ASC 740 and Pillar II is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well with deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a structured approach.
